1.)The cams DO NOT have any sort of manufacturer stamp. They are stamped "68 10.35" and "66 10.35" according to the specifications to which they were manufactured. I spoke with RareTrick, a familiar website for imported parts, and they said that none of the JUN cams they stock come with a "JUN" stamp on them. So that clears that up.
2.) Of course this is a question that needs some homework, but I believe, after having the cams for a while and considering keeping them, that the cams would indeed prove valuable on a medium horsepower engine and really allow it to wind out to redline with the proper engine preparations. Many people have shared these sentiments with me, a few have felt that these cams should be reserved for a higher powered (say, 400 crank hp) motor. I was prepared to use them on an engine I wanted to build for approx 350 hp.
3.) Which leads to why I am selling them. I am a senior in college and I want to go to law school. I had not anticipated the high cost of taking the LSAT entrance exams, the LSDAS registration service, the cost of applying to the individual schools, or the additional cost of making cross country campus visits. Unfortunately this forces me to abandon my ca18det project and sell off the remaining parts. My loss is your gain, however, and these prices are very competitive and the parts are in great shape.
