JUN 350z crash

Does anyone have or know where to download the 18 mb version of the JUN 350z crash at the Silver State Open Road Challenge?

For those who don't know, it's about the 350z that was going 200+ mph and suddenly pop a tire, lost control then flipped. I have the short 3 mb version if you guys want it.

I saw a still pic of it all cleaned up (but still wrecked) a couple weeks ago. Don't know about the video though. I might be able to find the link to the still if you want it though.

That's too bad. Did the tire blow out at the point where the kanji characters appeared on the left hand side of the screen? If so, the guy did a good job of trying to slow the car down before it actually flipped.

I wanna take a second to use this video to point something out to all the street racers out there. That JUN 350Z was purpose built to go fast, and was doing so under what most would consider to be controlled conditions (wide open road, no traffic). Even so, he blew a tire and rolled the car.

Think about that the next time you're weaving through traffic, or dragging down along the highway next to some other fool... in your not so purpose built, daily driver.

yeah, but he was going in the area of.. 186 mph or so when he wrecked, and something like 220 mph when the tire blew. I don't think anyone street races at those speeds.... I'm not sure too many people COULD even if they wanted to.As far as I can tell the tire must have blown when the japanese characters appear, since he starts fishtailing, and immediatly backs off. My guess is that the tire went flat at that speed, and when you see it take that hard right it probably flew off the rim or something.

nah, he had safety equipment and it just rolled to a stop instead of slamming to a stop, he's got a better chance of choking on puke then dying from truama suffered.

had he slammed into the ground in an awkward way or hit another car, different story...

atleast he didn't end over end the car, that'd suck...

does anyone know for sure what happend? i was thinking it was a blown tire too but thats my guess and yes he did a good job slowing down and its good to see he was okay, and good time to tell the ricers to be safe

yep. and he did blow a tire, there was a story about it- both on "hot rod TV" (I think, one of those tv shows) and in Super Street
