Jumping Idle and Car Dies Out

Hey everybody... I'm new here but I have a question. I have a '89 240sx and the idle in my car once in a while jumps up and down. Also when I am in drive and turn on the fan, the idle drops too low and the car dies out. I was messing with a plug next to the valve cover and next to the injectors, can anyone tell me what plug is that and is it easy to replace? What do you think is the problem? Thanks for the help.

you probably have a vacuum line unhooked. search
