Alright I'd like to do a dinnet meet, at some resteraunt in the greater Boston area night of Saturday, July 26th. In the know, think you are, been in Boston at least once? Suggest a good resteraunt we can go to! Can be just a generic chain place that you like to hit up or something unique, but I'll be honest I'd rather not do some $50 a plate spot. So choose away! I have a back-up if no one thinks of anything by next week too.

Bartley's at Harvard Square. Best burgers I ever had. Hope no one's a vegetarian...

really I suggest border cafe, seriously excellent food, huge portions, and cheap. Also the atmosphere is killer, but I hope everyone likes mexican/tex mex/cajun.

d!ck's Last Resort in Quincy Market

Awesome place, hilarious staff, fun time. This is the place where the staff aren't afraid to be, well, a d!ck. They make you hats, my g/f's said "I'm on my knees so much people think I'm a midget" and others said "Hung like a hamster" and stuff like that, it's awesomely fun, and food isn't that pricey, around TGI Fridays prices.

http://boston.d!ck.com/index.php

or

Fire & Ice in Back Bay

This place is fun, but kinda pricey ($30 but it's all you can eat). For those who haven't been, you go up and there's a buffet bar with all sorts of raw fish, veggies, meat, everything. You pack your bowl with whatever you want, then go to the grill, a huge circular grill in the middle where they cook your food in front of you and add whatever sauce (ohhhhh the sauces) you choose. Like a said, delicious, but a couple bills more.

http://www.fire-ice.com/locations/boston.html

and in Framingham, and I'm sure of other places, there's a japanese restaurant where you all sit around the cooktop grill and they cook your food and do tricks with the knives and food and stuff, some fire, good food, fun time, I can get more info if you guys want to go out of the city.

Personally, I say d!ck's Last Resort. I went on July 5th and I still find myself giggling at the little stuff haha. Anyone every been?

EDIT: NO!!!! This is the day I leave for camping!! NO NO NO! Anyone up for Friday night?

^ What sounds more appealing, camping and getting all stinky or hanging out with fun ppl that relate to the same stuff you like to do? You decide...

Damn

Just checked my calender, I'm camping too. Looking like I'm not going to make this one

I have the week of the 18th off in August, no plans right now, but who knows, I'm sure my wife will have more painting for me.

On a side note....

The bats are back Will

Time: 6PM

Place: Bluefin, Porter Sqaure, Cambridge. Seems the most popular vote by far on all three forums so I think that will work.

Date: July 26th

Great, I'll google map it right now. Hopefully it's not around Harvard Square, parking over there is a pain in the buttocks.

EDIT: Nope checked it out. Area from satellite view seems like it has decent parking.

Any weekend in August works right now, so I guess whatever is good for you guys!

We'll have to plan a another cookout/hangout at my place before winter, so start thinking about dates for that.
