Well this jspec is located in montreal which is canada. i've been looking at lots of places that sell the sr20det and i've emailed about 15 places. heavy throttle hasn't replied back to me yet but when jspec replyed they wrote a very well email, that gave me a good vibe and it's also a lot cheaper. it's $2650cdn @jspec versus $2750usd @ heavythrottle

hmmm

http://www.jspecauto.com ??

There was an website about a year ago named Jspec Auto and it was definitely not a company or a company to be trusted. But this website definitely looks different, yet the prices seem way too cheap to be any good

http://jspecauto.com/it's probably cheaper cause it's in canada, jspec has only been selling engine for 2years or so. but if they have lots in stock maybe they can afford to sell them cheaper then other companies

i think its worth the extra $100 to get the engine from a known reputable shop than from a shop that is getting mixed reviews.

good but expensive jspec = http://www.jspec.combad jspec = http://www.jspecauto.com

I tryed buying a bargin SR and i almost got screwed, luckily i retracted my payment (after 4 months of waiting) and bought a SR from a buisness with an established and squeeky clean reputation (http://www.heavythrottle.com)

hey mr. turboka37 were not talkin about $100, were talkin about $1000 or more. jspecauto.com sells sr20det @ $2650 candiand dolla and heavythrottle/jgycustoms sells there sr20det's @ $3600 candiand dolla. The bargain price does throw me off but the thing is the email that jspecauto.com sent me was the most professional email i've been sent from all sr20det suppliers. They gave me an exact list of what i was getting (no ignitor chip, but i can deal with that for that price) and they answered all of my questions i asked them in the email i sent them. All of the other places that have replied to my emails didn't answer all of my questions leaving me wit doubts, and i thought they were reputable. I'm having troulbe deciding where to fpurchase my sr20det package from and i really need some reviews, real reviews. So if anyone out there has had any good/bad experiences wit jspecauto.com or any other sr20det suppliers please leave your story, thanks

I thought about them when buying a CA18DET. They had one on eBay(I would never buy and engine off eBay BTW) but they listed all the stats from an SR20DET. I emailed them and the highest bidder about it, and they took the auction down and relisted it somewhere else, with the same SR20 stats. They refused to give out the correct information about the engine. I would STAY AWAY. Here is my email and their reply. I replied to them again but never heard anything back. Not very proffesional to swear at the public either....
