Jose3.5 and Flores45 - Blackout - PhotoshootSo Bryan and I had a little photoshoot before he heads off to Texas. Hope you guys like them.

If you guys have any tips for night time photography shoot them my way. Also, if you know some good websites that offer tutorials on post processing the pictures that would help as well.

Looks good. And before someone says something YES we know this is the Coupe section. Its just that the Nico Sedan Section is just plain sad its like a ghost town. We need some coupe love..lol

I like the red tails a lot. my fiance wants a white 07+ Altima sedan and if she gets one, one of the first things we'll do is make the tails red.

They're XXR, I think they're the same ones Dangeris has.

I drove it for a little and it did feel bumpy to me, but I guess thats what he has to sacrifice to be so low lol but it did feel really sturdy when I took a turn.

Jose your photography skillz are immaculate dude. We're gonna have to make a photo shoot together when I get my car back and catch some grub after (on me ). The cars look insanely nice. I'm really feeling those rims on Flores's car. And you keep changing wheels dude . Regardless the cars look great and the scenery is beautiful. There's no city like the city of Angels .

You're just being nice lol I'm a complete noob when it comes to photography and sure I can take pictures of your car when you get it back, but instead of lunch how about you get me a new lense for the camera lol jk. I miss my rims, but I need new tires so they are on break now and You got that right, City of Angels is where its at.

I've been wanting to go to Yard House for a while, but when I get home I don't feel like going out... Me da gueva ... LOL

Very nice car.

I will give you a critique on the photography alone here:

Several of those shot are out of focus, for night shot at low iso you will need a tripod unless you can get a good amount of light and keep still. There were several opportunity for better composition in those photo if you were to go to the area like the one where you see all those pipe and stuff in the background.

Not sure what focal length you were shooting at but going with a lower focal length would give a much more dramatic shot. Trying shoot at 18mm and then one at 55mm or higher of the same shot and you will see the difference.

Some of the outdoor shot is also a bit too yellow and ruin the shot a bit (can be fix in post process). If you shoot at a distance try not to have the car in the center because it doesn't look good unless its an up-close shot. Some of those vertical shot I think would had look better horizontal.

For tips on post processing it depends what you are trying to achieve. Just make sure to shoot in RAW format. I am also into photography and had my work professionally critique and I got some good remarks. Here is an example of my shots untouched and PP:

Shot with Nikon D40 with kit lense at 18mm F3.5 ISO200 in Aperture mode

If you need tips and what I use to do the PP just shoot me an email.

Thanks bunda. I was kind of mad at myself when I got home and saw that a lot of the pictures came out blurry. You must know how much of a pain it is to take night photos without the flash. I was shooting on manual mode with the with 2-5 second exposure, the lowest f I could go, manual focus, and ISO100.

Here is a picture that a guy from the Daily News took for me a few days before when I was scouting the place.
