the interview is broken up into three parts. the first part ends because its the end of the tv show. the discussion continues in the next two links.

my love for Jon Stewart knows no bounds.

Maybe I'm just old but I can't stand Jon Stewart nor his pompous attitude.

I enjoy 'some' of his stuff (the race card was hilarious) but have a very hard time taking him or Al Franken seriously. Comedians have no place in serious politics.

Where is all the Left outrage for him calling the Muslims in the Middle East roaches?

I am not Left, but regardless, I don't have any outrage about this ... he is a comedian and his words/show/antics have to be put into perspective! :)

Interesting that he's started moving into "Dennis Miller Territory" - guess he realized there's no glory in being a strict lefty comedian.

With that said, he IS talented and funny. The "race card" piece was superb... AND he thinks Sanchez is a d!ck, which makes him ok in my book.

I don't think he was ever a "strict lefty comedian."
