well, im going to be joining you guys in the CA community..... well in a little under a year. I plan to build a true sileighty, or silforty, wich ever floats your boat. and i really want to stay true and do it with the CA. I have spent alot of nights reading and stockpileing information on this engine. from what i can tell.... its a solid engine.

i am reading thrugh all of the forums... and stikys. the information is great. if there is any additional information, or just experiances that you guys have personally that you would like to point out to me, please do. i am very open to comments, advice, and constructive crtisism. sorry if anything in this post seems to be rundundant. im writeing this in small segments, as im currently in afgan.

now i have read all your forums about jumping on tha band wagon and all.... and no, before you ask, im not just doing this to be cool or diffrent or any other rediculus reason to drop this engine lol. im simply doing it because i love nissans, i love engines that are diffrent, uncommon, and like i said, i want to build a true sileighty. so any and all information you would like to share with me. be it stores, forums, posts, comments, concerns, ect... please do. im looking for as much information and knowlage as you guys can throw at me.

guess i should add exactly what im going for in this car....

the main goal is 250-300HP, i dont belive i need to go any higher than this, as it should be more than enough. i want to do more mountain, back road driveing than street. i do not plan on takeing this car to any drag strip, or stop light races lol, as buddy of mine said... "the money for that ticket could have gone to a new turbo" lol. but i was just putting down rughly what my goal is, incase anyh of you are wondering.

thanks for reading. and as i said before, plese excuse me if any of this is redundant...

My buddy in Japan says that the CA motors are worth more as scrap metal then they are as motors thus causing people to stop importing them out here. Sucks. My CA with bolt on's and Mine's ECU would take black tops.
