Some of you heard of this company called John White. They're shoe company located in England.
I am in the US and I just bought a pair of boots from their site, it was one size too big, I'm trying to get it exchange for a smaller size. I've tried contacting their customer service via Email, no response. I've even dial international long distance, still no response. It's been a week.
I am very disappointed in this shopping experience. I will not recommend their service at this point.
I am a little frustrated at this situation right now. Any NICO members here have any idea/suggestions for me? Any UK members would extend a helping hand and offer some help?
