I talked to JL direct today and they have 2 sets left.... period!Absolushun wrote: can you get your hands on a xr570cxi(co-axial)? i noticed that on their website its no longer listed. if you dont mind me asking, but do you own an install shop?
I won't be able to find out until Monday, JL is closed on the weekends.the converted wrote:is it possible to get an xr525csi crossover?
I don't have my pricing at home for the JL prefab box's........ I'll run to work tomorrow and get that for you. As far as a amp goes, I would recommend the JL A1400 or the Alpine MRP-M450. Both will yield you 250 watts RMS at a 4ohm load. These amps are actually designed for max power at 2 ohm, but will work great at 4ohm and give you the right amount of power for that enclosure. The JL will run $339 shipped and the Alpine will run $189 shipped. The Alpine is obviously the best deal!grmreapr wrote:hey what can you do on this http://mobile.jlaudio.com/prod...d=423
and what kind of jl amp should i run

Absolutely! It would run $449 shipped.grmreapr wrote:would the 500/1v2 Class D Monoblock Subwoofer Amp work well
You are looking at $239 shipped for the W1 enclosure and $339 shipped for the W3 enclosure. Unfortunately shipping is very expensive on these, so I had to figure that into the price.grmreapr wrote:ok im pretty sure im going with either CS112RG-W1v2 or CS112RG-W3v3 so either will do when ever you get a price let me know your paypal.
Yes, they will fit in the doors and rears just fine! If you are on a budget and just running the speakers off of head unit power, then I would get the TR's. If you are going to be running the speakers with a amplifier and have a little extra to spend, then I would go with the VR's or something even higher..... C5's or ZR's.osal wrote:which speakers do u recomend for a 95 240.....i just bought the head unit and didnt check here other wise would have gotten it from u...but are these speakers direct fit?
You would want to listen to both! Everyone has their own personal taste on what sounds "good". I probably wouldn't spend the money on the JL's since you already have the Infinity's. If you can get a full refund on the Infinity's, then that's a different story.98koukile wrote:I bought my infinity speakers too early... do you know how these compare in sound quality?
Right now i'm only looking to replace my front speakers. I'll get back to you if I decide to get these.Broadfield wrote:The TR's are $119 shipped and I will throw in the adapters. Keep in mind these will only fit in the front on a hatch. The rears have to be 4x6's unless you relocate them to the rear seat panels.
I can do Boston Acoustics for $79 shipped and Orion Cobalts for $49 shipped.
Let me know if you need pricing on 4x6's for the rear.
