JL Audio 500/1 Series AMP

I just traded my muffler, pedals, shift knob & boot for a JL audio 500/1 subwoofer amp. Good deal on my part.

Now i just want to know any feedback on these. How many watts are you carrying out of it and the wattage of your subs.

I have 2 MTX 10" Road thunders totaling 1000watts so I am wondering if this amp would perform enough t opush them both,

any help is appreciated.

The amp is 500w @ 1.5 through 4 ohms.

It is regulated. It's not like most amps where when you drop the ohms the power goes up.

That amp will do fine with those subs

awesome thanks man. yeah i heard how it automatically switches t osuite the power of whatever its for or something like that.
