When I get real license plates the audio shop that did this install said they'd dynamat my license plate frame for free as well.
I highly recommend the upgrade to anyone by the way. The dynamat "bulk kit" is about $150. You'll need two of these to do the whole car and trunk (minus the hood, for which there is also a kit available). Most of the cost is actually labor for the installation (cost me $650).
