I'm curious, does anybody know a good price to pay for used JL 10's? My friend has a pair that he's willing to sell to me, and i'm not sure what to pay for em.

Is the only way to find out if they are w0s or w3s to open it up and look at the back? because they look identical from up top, and my friend isnt sure (they came with his car.)

They're w0s, i dont think i'll buy them because i dont think i could push enough watts through them to get enough bass :|(i drive a blazer)

Are you crazy, two 10 JL's are great, it really depends on the box you are gonna get.

If they are pretty new (1 year or less) and if they are in good condition I would pay $100 bucks for them.

Trust me you can definately push enough power to get good bass~!

My suggestion would be an Alpine 170x1 amp that you can get for pretty cheap, good luck!

Milo I would go ahead and get the W0's new. They aren't that expensive. You do have enough power. But if you don't all you need is a farad or a yellow battery. If they don't work which they will you will have to get a new alternator. The way you know you don't have enough power is your head lights dim when the bass hits. The best people to get farads from is stinger. Go to http://www.installer.com they have some there. The site is under construction but Chris a couple of more days and he should have it up.

Thanks, I'm pretty sure I would have enough power in my car (new alternator).. however I just want to feel the bass without alot of distortion, and i'm wondering if I should make the investment or not :|

(the optimum watts to push through a w0 is only 125)
