I was talking to an engineer from Jim Wolf yesterday and he told me he is about to start making a clutch and flywheels for the 3.5V6 6 Speed. They are also probably going to make a cam for the car as well which is cool. They have been Nissan experts for ever so I trust there engineering and product quality. Any one have an experiences with there product on the forum??

If you are intested in the products I would contact them and tell them you are interested. It will get the product manufactured a lot fast guys!

I definitely would be interested in the clutch and cam after turbo charging my car. I have heard about them on nissanclub forum, and lots of 6spd guys keep telling everyone how tight and responsive their clutches are. I'd definitely like to see something from them.

i cant wait till they release this clutch. ive been dying for a more responsive clutch. the stock one is not at all good, and it engages way too high.

and ive heard a rumor that the heads that are on our VQ's are also used on the HR, so it is very possible that other VQ cams wont work on our cars.

So +1 for 4th gen altima development from Jim Wolf. their products are amazing!

Hey, I just got this email:

Hi Dale,I have fallen behind on my E-mails which is why there is such a delay in me getting back to you.

The 2007-2008 Altima cams are changed in design from the 2002-2006 Altima V6 cams. The 07-08 cams Altima cams are more like the new 350Z with it's VQ35HR engine. We are working on versions of our cams to specifically fit the 2007+ Altima V6 and this is a few months away or so. We are also working on an upgrade flywheel/clutch and possibly an intake filter system.

Best regards,Ben Pila (Technical and Sales Support)Jim Wolf Technology, [email protected]

If others are interested, I say start emailing them also, to get this pushed a little faster as this thred is old and they are still a few months away.

Low,

Here is some good info for the QR25:http://www.sportcompactcarweb.....html

Here are the camshttp://www.jimwolftechnology.c...D=434

You also might want to use google, it's a great tool. I just googled "qr25 cam" and found this info.

edit: Low, do you have an Altima? Or just the 240? this cam is for Altima and Sentra.

I'll be the first with the flywheel/clutch. My money is chillin' on standby waiting for it. Will order the same day they become availible. Camshafts too. I hope their first products released show good sales and they continue to make parts for our cars.

I liked what I read about the hotshot header, but what the article dealt with was the SE-R Spec-V. Is there any clearance issues with the AC 6mt with that header, or is further research necessary?

nm on the hotshot header, just visited their website and found out they're gone. Any other companies that I can email and ask?

$395 for dual 6 inch for the 07+ 350z with gains from 6 to 10 whp. the price is right, but so far as them making one for the alty coupe is another story.
