The last thing the ECU needs is the AFC. Throw that thing in the trash, and go from there. Put your car on the dyno, check the air/fuel, and globally correct using the FPR (although they are all setup to be set at 3 bar without vacuum/wot).
The biggest things to keep in mind are:
1. Make sure timing is right2. make sure no vacuum/pipe leaks
