Just another reason not to go to these kinds of places. Just an FYI, might be old...

I wonder after paying hundreds on a 30,000 mile service at the dealer, if all that they say is checked/replaced is actually done!

DIY whenever possible. If you can't DIY, make sure you stay there and watch them do the service.
