Most people posting on this forum don't know s*** about their cars or modding them. A set of springs, some stickers and an exaust tip make a "sweet ride" around here, so asking about anything made by JIC-magic, or any other top flite tuner is useless. Welcome to the board:D

Sure man. A lot of us know JIC, but dont have the exhaust, so how could we give him a comment?

Yes, JIC is a a good exaust....i think there are some better JDM exhaust, with less bends....the JIC is just as good as any other exhaust w/ the same diameter....It does have a nice finish.

I like the Buddy Club exhaust if iwas gonna go jdm. It seems like a straighter design then most of the exhaust out there. Although it isnt titanium.

I think the HKS titanium exhaust is a bit cheaper than JIC.

HKS titanium msrp is $1350 and hardly any sites sell them, so you would have to order direct from hks. JIC is good, but I would stick with their suspension parts because they are more experienced with suspension tuning than performance tuning imo. :thumbup

The main reason I mentioned the JIC exhaust is because it is completely made out of Titanium and is very lightweight. I once held the Veilside exhaust for the Supra and it was incredible, I could pick up the cat back exhaust with my pinky finger =) The Titanium exhaust by HKS is only part titanium, I could be wrong though.

Sure, straight tubing is better but not untill you start making serious power. The overall radius of the piping would have more of an influence at standard sr20det power levels.

Anyway to save weight is essential to me but not for the price you have to pay. The NUR-spec Blitz exhaust is pretty heavy but atleast it is made completely out of stainless steel.

Here is a pic of the Supra Veilside Ti exhaust versus the Greddy PE exhaust. My buddy Ken made an extra 30 ponies on the top end with the Veilside exhaust (right side).

You are correct nils, the hks is not all titanium, the muffler is the only titanium piece but as you can see from the pic below the construction to me is flawless.I didnt know the jic was all titanium, but i do know that the hks is still about 20lbs lighter than stockand i think the piping on the hks is bigger than the jic. the hks is 120mm!:boinkmatch the hks with the test pipe, a 102mm downpipe, and a BeeR rev limiter, and i would have constant orgasms.
