hey I called JIC and they said a 6.5 in wide concept pro with 40+ offset would fit the coilovers no problem - jsut want to make sure because I've read that 40+ and coilovers is a no no. thanks.

Depends on your definition of performance... I'd move up to a 8" front and a 9" rear.

My 16x7 +40's had maybe 3mm between the tire and coilover... I'd call that the limit.

thanks, sorry I forgot to ask earlier, but how much space on the 6.5 wide and 40+ mm set up between the tire and the coilover?

I plan on getting JIC flt-a1's with 300zx wheels 16x7.5 I'm hoping that setup fits w/o spacers. Future plan is to get Nismo wheels front 17x8.5 +30 rear 17x9.5 +38, which I know is pushing it I'm wondering would I have the need to use spacers?

I doubt the 300zx wheels will fit without some or alot of spacer. The non-TT wheels run 45mm offset.

You also have to keep in mind that some of these other guys have S14s that allow for slightly more offset.

300Z wheels won't fit if the offset is +45

The Nismo wheel will need a 10mm spacer or a +20 offset.

How about 17x9 +22 in front 17x10 +22 for the rear would that still need spacers? Or is that too wide for the rear would it be better both 17x9?

But I'm feeling that might be all too wide anyway. I may have had some body work done to clear the wheel..

Would it just be better to go with 17x7 +40 and lower?
