OK, I know allllll about the FLT-A2s as almost everyone seems to be buying them and praising them as the Jesus of all coilovers, but what about the FLT-2s?? From the JIC website it seems that they're the same as the FLT-A2s, but not dampening adjustable. I might be able to get a slightly used set (like, 2000 miles, they look brand new) for little more than the price of new shocks and springs. I don't think I'll care that much about the lack of dampening adjustability, since they'd be going on my daily driver.

Anyone know anything about these coilovers? I was pretty set on the shock/spring route since I'm not planning to race this car regularly and I'm not rich, but I just may get these coilovers for a really low price.....

Contact JIC and ask them about that particular setup. As long as you don't give them the option that you might be willing to spend more, lots of companies will let you know what will fit your needs (out of what they have). I have had good luck calling a lot of companies such as HKS, Turbonetics, and Apex about their products. It is worth a shot.

I can say that I've had the pleasure of driving a S14 with the FLT-A2's (Hybrid's car), and I will definitely be picking up a set for myself this fall as long as money permits.
