Hey guys,
We wanted to post in here as a basic introduction as we just struck up a deal to become a sponsor on one of, if not the, greatest Nissan and Infiniti sites on the planet. JGT Customs was originally started as a part of Justice Racing in 2010. At the time we were located in a very small facility in North Augusta, SC and started as a way to assist with funding for our racing team. By the end of the year a financial decision was made to part ways with the race car and use the funds to begin powder coating and offering other automotive services.

Fast forward to 2012 and we were now in a facility that is over 10x as large as where we started and we continue to grow. We began offering ceramic coating services at this time and began to earn business from all over the country. We have assisted with coating needs as far south as Florida, as far north as New York and Wisconsin, and as far west as California.

Our facility now is based in Ferrum, VA which is a center point for the Roanoke, Lynchburg, Danville, and Blacksburg communities as well as within an hour from Greensboro, NC and servicing many more communities over the internet. We strive to bring the best in quality at an affordable price and even back every product that leaves our door with a one year warranty* against defects from our workmanship or the product that was used. Our goal is your satisfaction and we take extreme pride in the work we do, which is why you can find our motto to be simple: "More money in your wallet with more color on your car." We are confident that when you come to us that the product you get to walk away with is something that will have you wanting to hold your head high.

We understand that the only thing harder than finding a vendor you can trust may be a coater you can trust. With so many people now having access to a basic home oven and a Harbor Freight powder coating gun, what makes what we do better than them? We feel our work speaks for itself, but there are things we'd caution you with - and the biggest thing is prep work. We've seen things from simply bolt holes not being plugged, to full turbos being coated inside and out. Sandblasting used for valve covers with fixed baffles and blown motors because of it. We do NOT sand blast valve covers for this reason, but instead choose to Chemically strip and Chemically Etch. This costs a little more than standard sand blasting would as you cannot continue to use the same things - but we eat that cost for the safety of YOUR parts and what they mean to you. We offer MONTHLY specials and quantity discounts. Current month's special is 10% off all red, yellow, and pink powder coating! Please check out http://www.jgt-customs.com for more information or email us at [email protected] for a quote!

But, enough about us and more about us! Since a picture is worth 1000 words, enjoy more "talking".

I highly recommend Todd's work! He did my wheel centers and did a fantastic job.

And, a one year warranty is hard to beat.

A+

Thanks Ed! We're definitely looking forward to whatever wheels or build you have ready next! Even if it does only last a few months before you get bored again ;)

Ok guys - ignore the really crappy pictures but here are some shots of some hyundai parts. The Valve covers are gold and have a custom blended blue metallic sparkle top coat that doesn't show up great in the pictures. I'm going to try to get a video or better pictures of them tomorrow. Anyways - enjoy:

***MONTHLY SPECIAL UPDATE***
NICO ONLY SPECIAL: We want to update our gallery with MORE NISSAN PARTS. The first 5 orders we receive, no matter what the color in powder, will receive 15% off that order providing they are parts from your Nissan. Or a friend's. Or your mom's. We don't care - we just want more Nissan parts in our showcase This applies for ceramics and powders with our standard order requirements.

St. Patty's day is in March. I also need a new march special. So - I'm thinking any shade of green or gold sounds like a great way to earn 10% off. Aqua, Teal, Wrinkles, Candies, Two coats - you name it, if it can be justified as green or gold you've just earned 10% off your order

*All specials require the total cost of the order to cover a minimum of one pound of powder if the powder is not already in stock. Please message us for more information!

Good stuff here guys - we're trying to work out a deal with someone to obtain a select few cores for valve covers. Right now, we are looking into a KA24DE and CA18DEt cover. Just thought I'd update since it's been a a few days to toss it out there for those of you interested!

So...Sorry for the lack of updates and pictures lately. Just under 2 months ago I and We (Personally and professionally) changed locations. Same state but closer to civilization, lol. The shop we were supposed to be moved in to was delayed, the funding for a new oven fell through, and a few other hurdles have had to be over come. Well, we're almost over everything! We get to move all of the tools and equipment into the new shop tomorrow and we'll be wrapping up the very last tiny bit of our brand new 8x8x8 powder coating booth build. Once in and settled we'll be starting shortly on an 8x8x10*** powder coating oven as we've had a few things realllllly fall into place to help us out! Once up and running again, we'll be running a great special for anyone and everyone interested and once the new oven is built, we'll be running a deal on big parts (wheels, motor cycle frames, atv frames, etc.) Here's a photo of the new booth minus a few things, and I'll put up a few more pictures within the next few days!
