So will they work with the CA? Anybody running them? Just trying to figure out what would be my best option for engine and transmission mounts.

They'll bolt up, but the motor won't sit right. You need to use RWD S13 motor mounts designed FOR THE CA18DE(T) if you want it to sit correctly.

Rockin' I just ordered the Nismo CA mounts. I pray they actually make it here and aren't on back order.
