I was browsing online at work, and came across this item. I read great reviews on it from other Nissan car owners.

Any thoughts? I ordered mine today. :dblthumb:

i read good reviews from it too but i just returned it since i really didnt see any type of gains or even understood how it works to give you more power.

I think the basic jist is that it is thinner than the stock MAF and allows better airflow. Like if the stock MAF is 6mm thick this is 4mm (just making those numbers up).

I think its silly...

Well I received and installed The Jet power-air mass air sensor yesterday. It seems to work well with the K&N cold air intake system. The response/acceleration has improved significantly and not near as much lag as before. I will keep an eye on the gas milage to see if there's a change.

Still working out for you, D-Roll? I'm throwing a code (0172 & 0175 - running rich) and my primary suspect is the MAF sensor. If I'm going to replace it, I might go this route.
