frickin rodney dangerfield bad luck.

after i had it installed last year (which took 2 months to get done b/c the body shop sucked a**) my gf scrapped the front edge of the lip on a parking stanchon that was raised.

then someone else scraped the other side of the front spoiler when they parked facing me.

after a few months of that i got some touch up aerosol and fixed it up pretty nice; then on Monday im walking back to the car and the side of the front lip, by the wheel well, is scraped from someone in the parking lot at work clipping it.

i remember once i opened my car door and hit my neighbors, so i left a note saying so and there wasnt any damage, just a; "if you see anything let me know and ill take care of it, sorry"

wheres the classy people?

not to brag or anything but my stillen front fascia is in perfect condition, not a single scratch.... honestly, i forget i even have the stillen fascia instead of stock. i go over speed bumps like normal and even sometimes fast. theres only 2 times i got to be carefull and thats backing out of my driveway (pretty much my whole family scrapes backing out) and when parking in front of a curb. my theory is "better safe then sorry". if you stop too far away from the curb, you can always move the car up a little. but if you go too far and hit the curb, you cant just back up and have it like you never hit it.

Having a lip I guess it prone to more problems. Just have to be extra careful. I'm grateful that the only scrapes I have are underneath where it can't be seen.

underneath doesnt bother me, outta sight outta mind, its all the visible scrapes that blow me up.

and i still have one on my rear qtr panel on the drivers side from when some OTHER dumb **** hit me at the mall parking lot!

you cant see that one unless your close but using the spray touch up just wont work on that spot, its too visible.

yea man.... do like me and everyone else that is insane about their cars and park diagonal across two spots waaay at the top of the parkin lots. the worst thing is finding dings or door scuffs and scratches on ur baby! those stillen lips n bumpers are no joke $$$. we invest too much into our rides for reckless people who don't care to be f***in um up
