Ended up getting wheels and tires from Wes, so the seats will have to wait until Christmas! I cant wait to post before and after photos, because theyre pretty disgusting right now. For some reason, the deterioration seems to be accelerating, perhaps because of short trips and getting in and out of the Q so often.
Scott Jackson's Q45a has vinyl driver's seat bottoms, and it looks just like leather.

I am convinced vinyl is pretty good... Dont talk to me about breathability, we all know you stick to the leather in the summer anyway!!!

Im glad my leather is in decent shape... I want to see if anyone around here does the leatherique filler stuff...
