Jerky transmission???

Hey folks, I've just purchased an 06 M35 Sport with 24k miles on it. (I'm in Canada btw) noticed that the whole car shakes when changing gears from Park to Drive, to Reverse or back to Drive, etc. What do you think the problem may be? Also, engine is quite loud when accelerating (I'm not heavy on gas). Would this be normal or should I take this issue to the dealer? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks!

If it is still under warranty I would just take it to the dealer. The transition between gears on that car should be pretty smooth.

Engine is usually pretty quite on these cars unless someone purposely made it louder.
