jerky accleration no cel

My 01 maxima has been really jerky while trying to acclerate from stops. It will also stall while idling. I have recently replaced the maf,spark plugs and fuel filter. Its almost like its choking because once it opens up its fine. I have checked for vacuum leaks b/c i have a cosmo cai but i can not find any. I have also tried 93 gas but that has not made a difference. There is no cel , please help
