I have an email from one guy. A guy that gave him some money on a car. The guy was working on resolving it, so he didn't want to make it public. You all will just have to take me on my word that I have it.
As far as actually importing/exporting cars to the US. I actually doubt that he ever actually did it.
I had this 60 something email back and forth with him. In there he was asking as many questions, as trying to argue his side. Some of it I posted here, and on my blogs.
I don't doubt the guy exists in Canada. As he said, I know one of the guys that is representing him. Frank Maguire that used to work as ad sales for Modified Magazine. Frank is an industry friend, and we have more than a couple beers together at SEMA and here in SoCal. I called Frank to talk to him about Jeremy, and Franks stance was to stay out of it. I like how one of Jeremys "arguements" was that I was going to lose friends, and he mentioned that I was going to lose this guy as a friend. Its just funny is all.
However back to the real. Claiming to sell DOT, EPA legal cars. Then not knowing the difference between a state legal car, and a federal legal car, ignorance is not an excuse of the law.
