So, not only can he supposedly import you a Skyline, he can also cure constipation.

I know it works, because I just pooped from laughing so hard!!!

Want to know why?

Because anything they say in a public venue (such as a forum) is discoverable in legal proceedings, meaning once a suit is filed, his attorney can file a pretrial Motion for Discovery... anything the plaintiff decides to use in court is discoverable and must be turned over for review.

We've had records and logs subpoenaed before.

Then again, I'm pretty certain there's not a long list of customers.

I have an email from one guy. A guy that gave him some money on a car. The guy was working on resolving it, so he didn't want to make it public. You all will just have to take me on my word that I have it.

As far as actually importing/exporting cars to the US. I actually doubt that he ever actually did it.

I had this 60 something email back and forth with him. In there he was asking as many questions, as trying to argue his side. Some of it I posted here, and on my blogs.

I don't doubt the guy exists in Canada. As he said, I know one of the guys that is representing him. Frank Maguire that used to work as ad sales for Modified Magazine. Frank is an industry friend, and we have more than a couple beers together at SEMA and here in SoCal. I called Frank to talk to him about Jeremy, and Franks stance was to stay out of it. I like how one of Jeremys "arguements" was that I was going to lose friends, and he mentioned that I was going to lose this guy as a friend. Its just funny is all.

However back to the real. Claiming to sell DOT, EPA legal cars. Then not knowing the difference between a state legal car, and a federal legal car, ignorance is not an excuse of the law.

Y'know, I think the threats are pretty universal to these kind of guys.

Frank (celm) did it, the chumps at Supaca did it, and now this buttclown.

The interesting thing is, none of them has followed through. Of all the threats of legal action I've heard, I've never been named in a suit. Of all the "bad things" that were supposed to happen, none of them did.

Want to know what happens when you try to play in the big boy sandbox?

You get your name at the top of Google. Between Sean and I, we've made these guys famous.

And we don't even get so much as a Christmas card.

Unfortunately not. People every where are just lining up to get scammed by him. He doesn't get caught, and more people buy into the lies.

He just keeps going along.

Its almost hard for me to feel sorry for the victims.

Hello,

My name is Galen Eagle. I'm a Canadian journalist following the arrest of Jeremy Boddy in Peterborough, Ontario.

He will appear in court Friday, Jan. 27 for the first time. He has been charged with eight counts of fraud. I would like to speak to as many of his alleged victims as possible. Please contact me at [email protected] and I will reach you by phone.

Thank you.

Well, there won't likely be any restitution to the victims... However, no one else will be getting scammed by him.

He was allegedly killed in an accident. We're still awaiting confirmation, but have it on good authority that this was him:
