I emailed that guy on ebay. I told what does he think he is doing trying to pass off SE wheels as R33's. He replied that they were taken off an R33 in Japan. I say either way Phooey! :bsface

Thos are not the skyline rims you want , the ones you want have spokes that are kinda curved in. and the center has a skyline S thingy ..

Maybe in Japan, but try and pass them here, and all people will say is "yea right". Not that you'd be wrong, but thats what they are associated with here...So auctioning them knowing this, to me, is scandalous, period. Its an attempt to attract attention.

All I have to say is, what would you say if someone came up to you with those wheels and boasted "Look at my Skyline rims...pretty JDM uh?" Would you call him a ricer or give him props? Nuff said.

and Structure...

I would say that ANYTIME I see a Skyline, no matter the wheels, I am like WHOA.

Those wheels are off a Skyline R33 GTST ... whats wrong with selling them as such.

I think a better decision would be to say "skyline R33GTST/S14 silvia SE wheels" not just JDM skyline wheels.

on a second note, anyone thats like "pretty JDM, huh?" shouldbe slapped...I mean, I have GDM(german domestic MFR) tires, but you dont see me going "hey..pretty GDM tires on my car, huh?"

*sigh* ricers will be who they are..-chet

You took the words right outta my mouth...I think that would be a fair way to advertise those wheels...Again I haven't disagreed with what type of car they came off, just over here (US), they are not recognized as such...

A slap...good one...

yeah, SSC and Super Street(SS being the worst) always have articles about "JDM goodness" and "THis car is so JDM beautifull"

dude, fi I go buy an integra from japan and import it, is it "jdm pretty", not..its just an integra...smacktards.

but I digress, I'll start flaming a magasine that doesnt even read this stuff...thusly nullifying any good I may do.-cheton a side note, I would like to get ahold of some R34 GT-R 18" wheels.

Yo Structure - were you at the Voorhees Olive Garden this weekend (Sat.)?

I spotted a red S14 with an intercooler in the parking lot, thought it looked like your sig.
