JDM VH41DE ECU PROBLEM

the car is working fine ,except that the red light in the ecu isnt working and the variable also isnt working,i opened up the ecu n i found an IC which is broken in to 2 and 1 deod burnt .i cant find the IC in my country the IC number is UPA1558H.ill be ordering it soon from abroad .

if everything fails, would a VH45DE ECU work on my car ?my ecu is a 28pin ,would i have to get the 28pin VH45de ?from wat i know , both have the same ecu pin out ,injectors ,Afm.but have diffrent cas , n i think the variable i different also.

if the pinouts are the same then either a) socket the ecu and flash a vh41 rom or b) retune the vh45 ecu to suit the vh41.
