Where is BubbRubb when we need him? Those have been around for years in Japan and short of someguy blasting Bjork out of a tinny stock system in a Deisel VW Rabbit with one of those accursed Garfield window voodoo dolls nothing will make you want to drag another driver out of their car and stomp their face until you hit asphalt more than one of those whistletips.
