Its nothing major like the other things i see posted by other people but its a cool, cheap way to mount a front license plate.

Once again, its no huge deal but i wanted to see what you guys thought! If you can mount foglights, you can do this.

Because having it in the center wouldn't let me put that little light. Calm down grumpy clown.

Do'h silly me.

Its actually a pretty good idea, im just annoyed because i dont like these faux JDM plates, and have a special hatred for offset license plates(stems from seeing lots of ricers doing it). So seeing a lovely pig with both kinda set me off.

Worry not about my hate, im just mad like that

Haha, i NEED to have a front plate. Ive been pulled over for not having one. The cops down here pull me over for the dumbest things. Once for exhaust, another for no license plate, and another for it being on the dash and "not legible" lol they werent satisfied. That was on my old 240 and i have my real plate on my new 240's dash again. Hoping i wont run into another a$$ lol.

lol im ocd about things centered. So having things in the middle will really trip me out, and the plate was a gift from a friend so i thought id throw it on since im probably the only guy into things like this in my town. Its dead here.

in nevada you have to have your front place if there is a factory mount for one. my car didnt have the plastic "mount" so i just put it in my windshield. i've never been pulled for it

but i like the front light idea

having a loose license plate on a dash is a pretty bad idea

could you imagine getting into an accident and that thing flying at your face?

i really like it. i agree with nali i usually dont like offset plates but on a piggy it looks really good. also because its lower. if you just moved it over i wouldve looked horrible. i personally dont run a front plate. cops here dont pull you over just for that. they'll just mention it if they pull you over for something else.

I custom make JDM conversion license plate center mounts for those who have a JDM front bumper and need to display a plate up front. It is a clean way to display your plates and keeps it legal.

Ditto HBpig :P I tend to hate on PA because of road conditions/lots o other crap.No front plate is a good reason to enjoy my stay though.

Most people relocate the plate so they can achieve greater flow to the IC or radiator... You just blocked a fog light too... GG.

Could have moved it over more because you don't have a cutout for a SMIC. Looks nice, but front plates don't require a light anyway IIRC.

Dude, you must have been doing something dumb to get pulled over for that stuff. I've only gotten one ticket for having my plate in the front window (this was years ago), but the cop initially pulled me over for doing something dumb. All you gotta do is go to the courthouse, put your plate back on the front of the car, show the car to the court baliff and they dismiss your ticket. Hell, my plate was back in the front window before I even left the parking lot.

And NEVER have I EVER heard of anyone in Texas getting a ticket for their exhaust. And I know ppl that run around with open headers...

Yup, the day it was freezing!
Didderson wrote: You just blocked a fog light too... GG.
I removed the fog lights because i didnt like them. I just used the fog light wiring to make it easier and not have to rewire things all over. And im na and my radiator gets good enough airflow. I dont run it rough.

Im an easy driver, i dont speed, and dont drive aggresive. Honestly i just think he was an a$$ cop. When i got pulled over, i was at an intersection turning left. The cop was on the crossroad to the right at the stoplight going straight and started following me for about 30 seconds then pulled me over. Not enough time to do anything stupid in 30 seconds lol.
