JDM Transmission source needed

Do any of our sponsors offer JDM transmissions? or does anyone have a good recomendable source? I had a place in Canada but cant get a hold of them, My trans does not like to shift out of 1st when the weather is cold, the fluid gets flushed once a year and still looks great with no burnt smell, once it warms up it shifts fine.

Why not just get level 10, or BETTER YET, my old transmission

Thanks WES, Glenn hasnt been answering his phone, I will try him again this weekend, I am planning on doing a JDM trans with the import performance valvebody, and 2500 stall spped converter.

Difference being is theyre usually low miles and cheap.....

And they have sat around for year rotting [seals] after being pulled from the cars. One thing to buy a JDM manual transmission, automatics are another case. But that applies to ones sitting in domestic junkyards also.

If your swap labor is cheap enough [5 hours for the experienced with lift and transmission jack] may be worth taking a gamble.
