JDM Steering wheel install !!!Need INFO!!!

I will take photos and post them up on how to do this but I need help figuring out how to do this.

I am converting my stock 93 vert wheel to the R32 GTR wheel but how do I wire the horn?

there is a ring hub for the horn connection on the car and stock wheel but there is nothing on the GTR wheel.

I searched but couldn't find any threads on installs that arn't aftermarket wheels with A/M Hubs which are little to no help. Can I just cut the horn wire, crimp a connector run a wire through the hole in the steering wheel long enough to turn all the way either way and crimp both connectors on either end and connect them and POOF it'll work?

I got no clue on the GTR wheel, I've only seen Silvia OEM wheel swaps and aftermarket. there should be a way you could wire the horn to a separat button somewhere if all else fails.

i know from first hand experience that the ring that contacts the stud(or whatever is called) for the horn and the other ones for the cruise,comes off the back of the steering wheel, so it's all a matter of adapting it to the gtr wheel,i know this because i have had both a base model steering wheel and the steering wheel from my vert pulled apart, and what nissan did i guess to save money was use the same plastic piece in the back of the steering wheel for all the steering wheels on 240's, once i pulled them apart i noticed that they are exactly identical; didn't gtr's come with horns?? lol am guessing ou should be able to swap out the "contac rings" in the back of the steering wheel, but then again i've never seen a gtr wheel, am just trying to help!
