jdm s13 - s14 VLSD ?

K Im about to go and pick up a VLSD for mycar. These are entire rear frames from s13's, however I drive an S14. I know I can use the pumpkin and it will bolt up with maybe a rear cover swap so Im not worried. But is there a way to distinguish an S14 from an S13 other than 5 lug brakes and maybe the RUCAS? He said he has some of them with the 5-star output flange as well and that they may be S14.

The reason i ask is because I am pretty sure that the S14 rear sway on silvias is a little thicker, right? Thanks for any help guys!

EDIT: these are JDM entire rear subframes that come with all kinds of stuff still attached.

im not exactly sure wat your asking... but yes, the s13 pumpkin will fit in the S14 just by swapping the rear diff covers. the control arms differ a little between s13 and s14, do a search to see the differences. and as for output shaft flanges, theres 5star bolt and the tri 2-bolt bolt patterns... the s13 and s14 have the same bolt pattern as far as i know...
