JDM S13 parts on USDM S14????

A friend of mine works at a pretty nice shop hear locally and they recently got in a S13 front clip i was wondering if there was anything i could grab off of it that would fit on my S14. i.e. the sway bar???? They do some great stuff, mostly hondas but they are starting to branch off to other stuff. They also just got in two K20A swaps ones for a integra and the others for a civic hatch.... But back to the topic is there any differnce in the sway bars??? is it thicker aka stiffen my car up a bit???
