jdm pedal

I have a 97 240sx auto and i am debating whether or not to purchase a s14 blacktop swap or the whole front clip for 3200. The only reason I am even thinking about the front clip is because I need the pedals and console. I was jus wondering if the jdm rhd pedal will work in my lhd and is it even worth getting the front clip? I dont really need body panels or anything.
