I am having problems with JDM online right now, and I am about to do a chargeback...

I received the engine 1 week LATE, with a CUT wiring harness, and no ECU...

Nesar is refusing to send the ecu, and wiring harness until I purchase a digital camera and take pictures for him, which I would like to do, but I just moved into a house and I am saving it instead of wasting it on something what I would only use that one time...

before I paid JDM Online, all communication was great, no, OUTSTANDING!

Once I paid them, all communication dropped, I did not know where the engine was, then it got delivered 1 week later than expected which put my mechanic into a tight squeeze meaning he could not do it now for about 3 weeks because of other projects... So now I am renting a car until this is done, which is costing me a small fortune to do..

I am extremely unsatisfied with JDM Online and Nesar..

Hey they have Disposable DIGITAL cameras now! I think they're around 10- 15 bucks... I know it sounds retarted... but it's true. My sis used to work for Wolf Camera, and pointed them out to me.

I'm preparing for a swap, so thanks for the heads up. And best of luck to you!

did you look into the 1 week caused by the shipping company or by them, or a combination?

1 week really isnt all THAT bad for a motor?

but yeah they should have answered your calls/emails if you sent them.

AND what he said about the disposable digital cameras. Dont have a camera phone?

I replied to the main thread with ######I kept trying to message you on skype, I do have MSN -- you said you had skype already and offered to use it since it was my preference but it is hard to reach you on skype.

None of my friends phones have cameras, we all use a prepaid cheapie phone for emergencies because we have more sense than to purchase a phone for 400 dollars and pay 40 bucks a month when we use less than 10 per month..

I just moved into a house and I cant be buying unneeded items like a digital camera at the moment.

It arrived 1 week LATE, meaning it took 2 weeks to get to my location, They will answer phone calls, but they do not want to send out missing parts now..

about the camera situation, I have to cut corners already to afford food right now, and I am borrowing a friends van that eats over 100 to 200 dollars in gas per week just to get to and from work, where as mine used to take only 20 to 30 per week for the same distances plus extra because I always drove wherever when I needed something. which is why I am trying to get this swap done because my transmission died on me..

All I am asking Josh is to email me some pictures of the "cut" harness that he says came with the motor. I don't think I am asking too much here and he is making a big deal out of this. He is bashing our Company here on Nico because he doesn't have a digital camera to send me the pictures. I have answered all his phone calls and his emails and his instant messages and he was never left in a limbo.

I dont have a camera, you have not responded to the last 10 Ims that I have sent you over the past few days.

Apparently there are others that are not happy with the server after they paid.

First things first...keep this thread on target. This isn't a place to address every little thing that's happened with this particular company. If you are involved with this particular engine purchase or have other positive or negative comments to make, then make them. But don't go bringing up your own outstanding issues. Take them up on the phone or which ever method of contact you find works best for you.

IMO opinion...to say you can't take a picture of something is almost like saying you can't take a drink of water...cause your house doesn't have the water turned on. Get a Disposable cam, whether it be digital or not, when they are developed guess what, you get a friggin disk.

The seller will always ask for proof of damage fella's. That's called business...period dot.

I'm afraid I have to agree with the op to an extent, JDM-Online isn't that great at sending out replacement parts, I bought my swap last year, it was over a month late with a blown turbo which they never made good on replacing.

To the OP - sure posting on the internet is a hell of a lot easier than thinking outside the box. For example, you can get a regular camera take pictures get em developed and put on a cd for you, which you can then email to JDM-Online.
