My Mechanic (like i own him) Got into the Motor I aquired this morning and was shocked that it looked Brand New Inside. He is doing a chemical flush overnight, then :Knock Sensors and harness-from old engineH20 Pump-newNGK Double Plats-newUnder Plenum Hoses-newFuel Lines-newValve Cover Gaskets-newEGR gasket and cleanBelts-newAssorted Gaskets and other stuff.A/C compressor-from old engine (new in september)Precision Billet torque convertor-2,800 stall-newAlso the only bushings i did not replace w/urathane (rear strut lower).was told should have car by Wed or Thurs. next week.I have a Boner allready.

Not sure about the cat, but if you have your car by next week ... expect the first real snow fall in your part of the world .

Glad to hear the engine looked so good, but IIRC Greg said his still had the cross-hatch marks when they pulled it open ~105k for a valve issue.

the cat morphed back into a car (it is tricky like that)I have my 2- 50lb. bags of play sand waiting for the snow one over each rear wheel.

Stick to OEM NGK.

Repalce rear seals on engine and transmission while it is easy. Motormounts also, including rear transmission one along with the exhaust hangers bracket.

Move to a warmer climate for the winter!

Yeah, Brian's got a point, as for plugs we've heard to many horror stories when someone uses something other than the OEM NGK about tips "burning" off .

all that stuff is new within 2-6mos old definitely new rear main seal thoughdouble plats r oem i got them for $11.00 EACHtoo young tomove for the winter, i like the challange though.

yep oemWes i think it is going to be awsome 3 years ago when i was gonna do the Level 10 thing Pat talked me out of the 4:08 and into the Billet TC said it trims 8/10ths second off 0-60

I live near the shop but work over an hour away, thus cant do it I may make it there on friday and se what up definitely saturday but dont know how far into it they will be. Sorrypersonally would have liked to take off from work and help out but got a hefty mortgage and 2 kiddiesI will take some launch video after all done w/ tc
