well i just got my mirrors and when i took a quick look at the 3 screws, 2 of the screws on the jdm seem to be closer together than the us do. Ill check again , but pretty sure the holes were in different positions.

make your own holes, that's what I did.

so you drilled into the bottom of the US tri-base.

yea, basically, I just drilled & enlarged the existing holes.

Then I used adequate washers w/ teh bolts to make sure my mirrors don't fly out.

1 more question is the wiring the same in both s13 and 14, if not is there a way to tell what year i got.

I really don't know .

However, I looked @ my wiring, 1 wire was black (negative) and the other 2 had color or a pinstripe of color (one must have been left & right, other was up & down).

So I tapped them into my wiring. First time I did it, I had the left & right mixed up w/ the up & down... so swap the wires, and WHAMO! perfecto.

Sweet Ill give it try.

BTW electrical not really good at (pretty much know nothing about), is there like a wire diagram or step by step instructions i can print out
