JDM long block on Ebay

Hello I am new to the forum. I have a 1998 QX4 and love it. It has 160,000 miles and is getting pretty tired.

I ran upon several long block pullouts on Ebay. A couple of the nicer ones were JDM motors from Japan


Anyone have any idea if one of these would be an issue using them in our vehicles. I was wondering about plugs, wire harnesses, and stuff like that not working.

Hello & welcome aboard.

I have no idea, but going by this thread below, noone really knows either or just won't tell. Maybe the 3.3 engines will mesh better than the 3.5 in question in the link.
