Has anyone ever heard of a JDM KA24DE, or is this guy just full of poop? If it is real whats the specs on it, same as ours? I'm just curious.

As far as the jdm-ness of it... Well cant tell by the short block images... To me It looks like a painted block s13 (3 valve cover top bolts... and color) ka24de...
I got a kick out of this though "timing belt cover. The timing belt is included but it is highly recommended you change it. External accessories (i.e. exhaust manifold) included."

I always get a kick out of people like you getting down on noobs like that. Your superior crap is always appreciated when someone asks an honest question.-moving along-Im sure that specs are a little different on KA's overseas. Im sure cams and stuff are the same though. Personally i wouldnt buy that guys story of a jdm ka though. Why would you want one from overseas when you get them here cheap?

I help all the ****ing time, and just recently drove 50 miles out of my way to help a fellow member with 9 posts, who I never met, with a s14 they just aquired, that was DOA in a lot, with a harness short problem I knew how to fix... I have also helped the thread starter on a few issues...
So um yeah your assumptions made you look like an *** in this case, huh?
And to the other, Its funny because the seller doesn't mention "CHAIN", but a "BELT" which the KA never had... Also I fail to see the also included accesories, as its a shortblock in the image.
Rather funny to type such a wrong discription to an item your asking over 1k$ for....
Yeah I guess I didnt search good enough, lol. Yeah I remembered actually seeing this discusion before but couldnt remember anything about it.I would assume it would be simalar to the frontier motor coming from a truck in Japan? Manifolds and whatever else is different about ours and the frontier ones.
