How can i get some jdm headlights and side markers for the q?

Remember JDM headlights focus to the left side that would blind on coming US drivers thus they are illegal except in left drive countries.

I don't know much about the Q, but I imagine they sell the same car, probably under a different name, in rt hand drive countries. I was able to get cefiro one piece headlights from a rt hand drive country. Maybe there is something similar?

.......But, with the following the Q has I am sure you guys would have found that out a long time ago and plenty of people would be sporting them.

Not if we like the one piece headlight that came on the car. No conversion to later JDM President HID low beam set-up possible, though. Life's tough without Silver Stars. :pface
