JDM Hardbody? Is there such a thing? There is the Navara over seas, that might be what you are thinking of.

it's pretty much the same thing as a frontier. Just google nissan navara images and you'll see.
Seems like it comes with pretty much the same motor/trans configurations as here in the US (probably with some differences complying with foreign standard emissions/safety though). Couldn't really find much on the way of actual specs to back that up though.

Japan got the same D21's we did except they were RHD.
And if you want a "jdm" motor, get rid of your egr, evap, 02 sensors, air pump, and you have a "jdm" KA24E.
OR you could swap in an SR20DET from a Silvia if all your after is the "jdm" hawtness yo.
