jdm digital speedo info

ok, i just tried to install my jdm digital speedo in and i dont know if its becuz i have an analog speedo to begin with, or if its becuz of jdm, digital - analog im guessing, but the plugs were tototally different, is it a major pain to swap the plugs, and is this even gonna make it work?

Because you are trying to plug in a JDM HUD/digital harness to a US analog dash harness. No wonder it doesn't work. I know nothing about the HUD and I personally don't like it. I would stick with the analog.
