JDM Conversion Question

I'm getting ready into converting my 1992 240SX into a Kouki Type-X. I currently have what looks like a USDM Chuki front bumper. I have already bought and collected all the necessary parts to do the conversion, like the type-x front bumper, sides, position lights, and turn signal lights, and lips. My question is does the USDM front bumper bracket fits the JDM Type-X front bumper skin or do I have to get a somekind of bumper bracket the goes with the JDM Type-X? I saw this thing in ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... MEWAX%3AIT called bumper reinforcement and seems that it goes with the Type-X skin, but it that necessary for the conversion?

you shouldn't need that. Try test fitting before buying it though.
