I am considering the purchase of the JDM Clear Front Bumper Lenses and the JDM Clear Tail Lights. Advice from those who have purchased and installed the same would be appreciated as well as input on alternative lenses and tail lights. My installation is on a 07 Roadster. Thanks in advance.

I remember your car from your other post, its the white one right? Have you thought of some black front bumper lights i think that could look pretty cool on a white Z and from what ive heard they complement the car when there on just as much as they do when there off. Also i havent seen them all but my opinion of aftermarket brake lights isnt to great i dont know what it is but i guess i just think the stock ones look really great, i guess what im trying to say is when it comes to that make sure you know you love them before you get a pair so your not dissapointed.

I'm going to eventually get the black front lenses and the JDM rear tail lights Both should be fairly easy to install. The tail-lights you have to pop off the back plastic piece I believe.

Can you post a pic of the products you're talking about? I personally am not a fan of the clear tail lights, I think they look pretty tacky. Besides the 07 Z has the LED style taillights. I haven't seen any functional bumper lights as yet, the ones i've sen are just a different color reflector to replace the stock one. I was actually thinking about making my stock reflectors into a light. Anyway the install on the relector is pretty simple. You have to remove the front wheel and the plastic in the fender to get at the two screws holding the reflector in place.

In answer to your post:

Various photos of the tail lamps I am referencing can been seeen on eBay - CLEAR TAIL LIGHTS LAMP 350Z Z33 JDM GENUINE NISSAN PAIR Item number: 150178748096.

You are correct in that the Clear Front Bumper Lenses are indeed reflectors only not lights. I am considering replacing the factory 'yellow' reflectors with clear. Again photos can be seen on eBay - JDM Nissan 06-07 350Z Clear Bumper Lenses Fairlady Z Item number: 300169670962

I would purchase both items from a NICO Club vendor, as I have with the few items I purchased so far.

I have a 2004 white Z coupe. I am also buying the JDM Fairlady Z tail lights. They are bad *** on the white Z's but as far as the front markers, for now i am leaving them amber. Don't really like the white or black so i'm leaving them OEM. The true factory fairlady Z tail lights you desire are $479.00 on courtesyparts.com They are the factory JDM lights. I know 480 is alot but, they are true JDM fairlady tail lights. I'm buying them because its a sure fit replacement of the OEM ones. I don't want to deal with after market tails that don't fit right. I put it this way. Its my car and i have a passion for it, why not do it the right way first. get the best first. Less work and more satisfaction in the end.
