I'm pretty sure there are not any regulations agaisnt RHD, as I've seen several SCC articles featuring street legal cars w/it.
Edit: Those prices are as cheap as I remember them being from when I was stationed in Yokota, which means you'll have to cover the cost of converting them to american standards.
