I have a Japanese import 1990 Q45 and every time a message pops up on the display i need to get someone who speaks Japanese to translate it. What part do i have to swap to a usdm/audm to get my display to read in English ?

Where are you located? It might be worth finding a Japanese steak house and seeing if anyone would read a picture of it off of your phone between having shrimp tossed at you and the time the chicken is cooking...
