I received a JD power survey in the mail today. This makes the 4th vehicle in a row, between my wife and I, that we received this survey for. I know plenty of people who have never received a single one.

Time to tell them that I hate that ABS and the Convenience Package aren't allowed together...

I recieved one not too long ago also, but I am not sure of the Company name, but it was the most indepth survey I have ever taken, I poured my heart out.

Hmm... so I actually did the survey tonight, and it wasn't an initial quality survey on the Versa, it was a 2-year reliability survey on my Kia.

SO I let Kia have it for having a dealership decide they didn't want to fix the electrical gremlins the car developed.
