jawdropper performance chip does any know if good or bad????? 91 nissan 240sx

i was looking on ebay for stuff for my car and stumbled upon a performance chip from jawdropper that claims 130 hp gains and 40 mpg gains. now i know thats not true but i was wondering if it did anything or nothing. go on ebay.com and in the search bar put performance chip nissan 240sx it should be the one with 130 hp in fiery letters and 40mpg in blue inder it for 25 bucks thank you.

I would say it is a complete waste of time and money. You could spend the money on new spark plugs and see more of a gain.
